Regency Medical Clinic is not a bulk-billing clinic. Accounts are paid in full on the day.
The Medicare rebate can be refunded to an EFTPOS or debit card. Discounted fees are available for valid Pensioner or Health Care Card holders and children 16 and under.

When the clinic is closed, call 8269 1900. The call goes to the Hello Home Doctor service to organise a locum doctor. There may be a fee, and the service sends the clinic a copy of the visit.
